Finally… The sun has made its reappearance after too many grey days. These photos were taken last Saturday, on the very first lovely day. The temperatures still left to be desired – hence the woollen hat on my head! – but getting the sunglasses out made up for it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walk. It held the promise of spring.

  1. I reckon we are allowed to appreciate these first signs of Spring much more than anyone else you know, our winter’s been much longer and harder 😉 Lovely pictures! xx

  2. Nothing like those first tentative steps of spring. Temperatures are still low here, but more bright and mild days. Your photos have perfectly captured your spring stroll x.

    1. Thank you! When I came out of the gym at lunchtime yesterday it was 15 degrees… 🙂 xx

    1. And even more so when you spot daffodils like I did this morning on our terrace! 🙂

  3. Oh I love your pictures, it’s cold grey and miserable here this morning and these have given me hope for sunny days ahead.
The doorway picture is just amazing, you are a very talented photographer, you have such a good eye for capturing a story, not just a picture 🙂

  4. Oh those first days of spring are fab – your photos are lovely, and I can see why you call him your sexy hubby! We’ve had a few nice days here this week – but set to turn colder next week!
